Carla brings over 25 years of experience in social care settings and has spent the past 12 years working at a senior level within education. She is a highly experienced professional in safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing, child psychology, SEMH and SEN, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic approaches for children and young people. As a qualified trainer and counsellor, Carla is passionate about enriching children’s lives, helping them reach their full potential, and ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued. She works closely with families to drive positive, sustainable outcomes, always placing the child’s wellbeing at the heart of her practice.

Adam brings a decade of experience designing and delivering youth programmes that are dynamic, inclusive, and genuinely led by young people. With a background in community development and creative engagement, Adam’s work focuses on building spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Passionate about partnerships, grassroots collaboration, and doing things differently, Adam plays a key role in shaping the vision, values, and day-to-day delivery across all locations.
